1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of services, information products, and goods provided by LinesNewSet through the domain LinesNewSet.trade. By placing an order or accessing our offerings, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Services
The term “Services” refers to digital template sets and custom design offerings. Service descriptions are provided on our website. Payment for Services is due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.1 Digital Template Sets
Digital template sets are delivered via email or download link upon payment confirmation. Due to the intangible nature of these items, all sales are final and no refunds are issued. However, you may request a one-time transfer of your purchase to an alternative digital template set within seven days of purchase. To request a transfer, please contact us with your order details.
2.2 Custom Design Services
Custom design Services involve bespoke work tailored to your specifications. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to initiate the project. If you cancel before work begins, the deposit may be credited toward future Services within 90 days. Once work commences, no credits or refunds will be granted. In certain circumstances, at our sole discretion, we may offer a project transfer, subject to schedule availability and scope.
3. Information Products
Information Products include e-books, tutorials, and educational materials. Access is granted immediately upon payment. Due to the digital format and ease of duplication, no refunds are provided. However, if you have not accessed or downloaded the content, you may request an exchange for a different Information Product within seven days of purchase. Please contact us to initiate an exchange.
4. Physical Goods
Physical Goods include printed materials and merchandise. If a Physical Good is defective or does not match the description, please notify us within five days of delivery. Once we confirm the issue, we will send a replacement at our expense or process a refund, including delivery charges. For non-defective items, you may send the item back in unused condition within 14 days of delivery to receive a refund of the item price. Shipping for sending back the item is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed. Approved refunds will be processed by issuing credit to your original method of purchase within ten business days of receipt and inspection of the item.
5. Payment Terms
All fees are listed in Canadian dollars. We employ a third-party gateway for payment processing and do not retain your payment details. You agree to provide accurate billing information.
6. Modifications to These Terms
LinesNewSet reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting. Continued use of our offerings after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
